All creations, including those made by you in courses, workshops or on holidays, are 99.9 fine silver and stamped as such.
PayPal is our preferred method of payment as it allows you to use your local credit card or bank account and is also very secure. We can also accept payment by bank transfer although this may result in you incurring additional charges from your bank.
For courses and holidays, a 50% deposit is required to secure your place. The remaining 50% is payable 4 weeks prior to the course commencement date. Any bookings within 4 weeks of the course commencement date are payable in full. Cancellation prior to 4 weeks before the course/holiday start date will incur a 25% charge. Cancellation within the 4 weeks prior to the course/ holiday start date will incur a 100% charge. If we can resell the place, these charges will both be dropped to a nominal admin fee of €100 and the remainder of the rebooking fees recieved will be refunded to you..
In the very unlikely event that we have to reschedule a course you will be immediately offered a 100% refund. We will then work with you to get you booked onto the next available course of your choice.
For commissioned pieces, a 50% deposit of the agreed price is payable once the design is agreed. The remainder is payable once the piece is ready for delivery.
For creations purchased from our boutique and for supplies, the full price is payable once the item is ready for delivery.
We will calculate the best delivery charge based on order size and weight. this will be added to your final bill.
All prices quoted include local taxes. Shipping costs will be added to your final invoice. We only ship using secured and signed for delivery. Rates vary but will be shown on your final invoice.
