We are delighted to announce details of our PMC Studio France September 2017 Masterclasses !

DAY 1 - Saturday 16th September
Arriving Saturday afternoon at Agen train station you will be greeted by your hosts before being driven to Baron-Figués, a gorgeous 150-year old farmhouse with beautifully appointed private bedrooms.

Settle into your charming room before getting to know your fellow students over aperos by the pool. Enjoy a social evening with a 3 course gourmet dinner served in the farmhouse kitchen along with a short introduction from your hosts about what to expect over the next few days.

The following morning, after croissants and coffee by the pool you will begin your chosen workshops.

All meals and refreshments (wine, tea, coffee etc.) are included for this course. Also included are all materials needed for the course.


DAY 2 - Sunday 17th September - 1 day
Our highly experienced trainer Liz Pearson will be teaching wonderful chain-mail techniques. She will be using multi coloured anodised aluminium wire which looks fantastic as stand-alone jewellery or used as chains for other pieces.

DAYS 3 and 4 - Monday 18th and Tuesday 19th September : Zabs Bronzes Mixed metals - 2 days
I am delighted to welcome our guest trainer and supplier of this wonderful selection of bronzes. Elizabeth will be teaching how to use these metals together using different techniques. If you haven’t tried these bronzes, this course is not to be missed! It is a great opportunity to spend time and learn with the maker of these fantastic clays.

DAYS 5and 6 - Wednesday 20st and Thursday 21nd September : Adding glazes to porcelain cabochons to make stunning porcelain and silver metal clay rings. - 2 days
How to add basic porcelain glazes to make stunning silver clay rings. This is a 2 day workshop with Caroline Bray which starts with adding a basic glaze to porcelaine and then learning how to add these to make stunning silver metal clay rings.

DAY 7 - Friday 22th September : Open studio Day or Free day - 1 day
This day is free for you to use the studio and finish pieces at your leisure or just enjoy creating using any materials you may wish to bring. You may decide to relax by the pool or go for a walk in the beautiful countryside.

DAY 8 – After breakfast depart

Reserve your place now and make a holiday out of it in stunning SW France. This is an All-inclusive learning holiday including a wine tasting excursion in local Chateau as well as visits to stunning French market towns. The wine will be flowing and delicious fresh produce cooked for you. There is use of all the on-site facilities from cycling, walking, swimming and many more.

These courses have been priced to make sure you have everything you need and EVERYTHING is included once you arrive. These are FULL DAYS learning with all you could possibly want to eat and drink, with the comfort of enjoying time with trainers and guests as well as seeing some of the stunning surroundings here in SW France. You can learn so much more by being on-site for your training.

We are offering several booking options to suit your needs including a monthly saving option.  Those travelling long distances have the opportunity to add on other training or holiday days with tutors to make the most of their trip.


Choose 1, 2 or all 3 workshops

All 3 workshops plus 7 nights all-inclusive for 1.505 euros (with 100 euro reduction)
Otherwise allow 175 euros per workshop day (30e for the open studio day) and 100 euros per night full board and accommodation. A reduction exists if you want to share a room with a friend.

When we say all- inclusive this means plentiful great wines and French cuisine, pool and all facilities on site set in 50 acres for you to enjoy, all materials and wonderful jewellery to take home with you.

Pay only 10% now to secure your place. The remaining balance is due by August 2017.
